Subscription-Based Products:

Tools Tender allows you to purchase digital tools and software subscriptions. We do not provide any refunds or returns of subscriptions as our products are digital and are delivered electronically. We value customer satisfaction but will grant refunds under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility:

Under the following circumstances, we provide refunds:

  • Our system gives refunds to customers who purchased duplicate subscriptions by mistake.
  • We will issue a refund by doing the proper assessment of any unauthorized transaction.
  • A refund will be considered when access to the subscription fails and technical support is unable to determine the unresolvable issue.
  • Refunds will not be provided if we can send a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide a replacement account, and in such cases, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription.

Non-Refundable Situations:

We will not provide refunds under these specific circumstances:

  • We will not provide a refund if you change your mind after the purchase.
  • If your account is terminated or suspended because of some terms of service violations, you will not qualify for refunds.
  • You will not obtain refunds for fully used subscriptions or that have reached their expiration date.

How to Request a Refund?

Request a refund by following this procedure if you consider yourself eligible.

Send a message to us at [email protected] within 7 days starting from the date of your purchase along with a justification for a refund.

Provide Details:

Your application for a refund needs to have the order number, email details and essential supporting evidence which you will be provided by your side.

Investigation:

Your request will undergo team review and they may contact you for further information

Decision:

We will reply with our decision between 5 – 7 business days. The processing of your approved refund will be done through the original payment method.

Processing Refunds:

All authorized refunds will be directly credited back to the original payment method that you use at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed between 5 – 7 business days depending on your financial institution. 

In some circumstances, a partial refund is issued if part of the subscription is affected or falls below full utilization.

Cancellations:

If you cancel the subscription on your own through account settings, then it will stop future billing but no refunds will be issued.
