Welcome to Tools Tender. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of digital products through our platform. By using Tools Tender or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Tools Tender collects multiple types of information to improve our service delivery. This privacy policy describes three main categories of gathered information:

Products & Delivery:

All products offered are digital tools, automation scripts, AI utilities, downloadable files, and IDM licenses.

After completed purchase, products are delivered instantly by email or via a download link.

No physical goods will be shipped.

License & Usage:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased tools or scripts for personal or business purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or publicly display the products.

IDM licenses are provided to you as an authorized reseller; they must be used according to IDM’s licensing terms.

Payments:

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, a third-party merchant of record. We do not store payment information ourselves.

Pricing displayed in your cart and checkout page is final and billed in your local currency.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not available after purchase, except in cases of technical issues or error.

If your product fails to download or is incorrect, contact us within 3 days of purchase for resolution.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.

Support & Liability:

Tools Tender aims to provide functional tools and offers basic troubleshooting support via email ([email protected]).

We are not liable for misuse or any indirect damages from using downloaded products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
